In the afternoon, he will depart for Brussels, to attend the Special European Council meeting of EU leaders on Thursday (February 1). The meeting is a follow-up to the European Council meeting of December. State leaders will discuss the mid-term revision of the EU's long-term budget for 2021-2027, including support to Ukraine.
