Announcement pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007
Eurobank S.A. (hereafter «Eurobank») announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, as in force, and based on the relevant notification received from the company “The Capital Group Companies, Inc.” (hereafter “CGC”), that on 21.01.2026 the percentage of Eurobank’s voting rights held indirectly by CGC, exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights, and CGC’s percentage of voting rights in Eurobank’s share capital amounted to 5.12%, corresponding to 185,981,494 voting rights of Eurobank’s ordinary shares.
